GATED COMMUNITY
The premier gated development Escaleras del Pacifico comprises of 24 estate sized lots.
Our location on the crest of a natural ridge line has made it easier to plan and develop an eco friendly community. All of our lots have a natural feel, and most have natural building areas carved out by Mother Nature. The whole property has all necessary permits & we have cleared individual lots & installed driveways enabling lot owners to build their dream home when ready.
The home owners association is in the process of being established to protect each individual lot owner. This will include maintenance of the water and internal road systems as well as the upkeep of common areas.
INTRASTRUCTURE PHASE 1
ROAD SYSTEM As of November 2007 the internal road system is complete. All roads have been professionally designed and engineered using top quality materials and providing adequate drainage. There are two entrances to the property…one from the main coastal hwy (Costanera del Sur) and the other via Platanillo, crossing over a recently constructed $100,000 bridge, partly funded by our project.
WATER SYSTEM There are four natural springs which will provide ample water supply to the community. It is anticipated that the water system will be completed early 2008.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM An electric plan for the project has been approved. We are working with our neighbors to bring electricity to the development and anticipate installation by 2008. We will be bringing electricity underground where needed ensuring property owners that their views will be unobstructed.
LANDSCAPING In the past twelve months we have planted thousands of indigenous trees and plants to enhance the beauty and natural feel of the development. We have created natural stone waterfalls to divert water, where needed, as well as an adequate drainage system to prevent erosion.
